Sherborne Neighbourhood Policing Team Crime Report
July 2022
Dear Councillors,
Below is a breakdown of crimes that have occurred in your areas during the month of July.
N.B. Any crimes of a sensitive nature have not been included in this report, e.g. crimes of a personal nature or any crimes which may identify individuals etc.
- We continue to patrol all areas and are utilising social media to keep members of the public appraised of our actions.
- PC 312 Glen Day retires from Dorset Police on the 9th of August and his replacement on Sherborne Neighbourhood Policing Team is PC 90 Matt Robinson. I will gradually make my way through villages replacing any out-of-date NPT posters.
- We have received a report of a catalytic convertor theft from a vehicle parked in Waitrose carpark in Sherborne Town. So far this is an isolated report and investigations are ongoing.
