Plodders Walking Group & Routes

Plodders Walking Group & Routes

The Plodders is the Longburton and district walking group who gather at 10:30 a.m. on the second Saturday in the month to walk one of the footpaths in the area. Walks, which are about 3-4 miles long, start at the bus stop in the centre of Longburton, opposite the church, and take about 2 hours. Afterwards walkers often go to the Longburton Rose & Crown pub for a drink and/or lunch and reminisce on the walk just completed. All are invited to join.
